Three plus three

The three Scandinavian countries Denmark , Finland and Sweden as well as the three Baltic states Estonia , Latvia and Lithuania joined together in 2003 to form a contact group under the name Drei plus Drei or Nordic Block .

They want to coordinate at regular meetings shortly before the EU summits so that they can better assert their common interests.
