Three-level arrangement

The three-level arrangement is an arrangement of the conductors of an overhead line in three levels. In the case of masts for two three-phase circuits with a total of six conductor cables, fir tree masts and barrel masts are common; Inverted fir tree poles are rarer. Masts with a three-level arrangement of the conductor cables are higher than other comparable high-voltage masts, but only require a narrow line width. The respective three conductor cables of a three-phase system are usually attached to one side of the mast shaft.
