Drogas is a Baltic cosmetics retail chain. It belongs to the parent company " AS Watson Group" (the majority shareholder of this group has been the conglomerate " Hutchison Whampoa Limited" from Hong Kong since 2004 ). The Baltic group achieved a turnover of 36.28 million lats (51.6 million euros) in 2010 . In 2013 it had 126 stores, 78 in Latvia (Akciju sabiedrība "Drogas") and 48 in Lithuania (UAB "Drogas").
Latvia
The first store was opened in Riga in 1993 . Since 1995 "Drogas" has expanded as a stock corporation.
Lithuania
The Lithuanian cosmetics chain has 48 stores of its own (2013), 16 of them in Vilnius . The chain is owned by the trading company UAB "Drogas". In 2008 the company achieved sales of 80.4 million litas (23.3 million euros). The company has 480 employees (2017). The director is Daina Žymantė.
