Dynaxibility

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The term dynaxibility is an artificial word from the systemic approach to methods, which also contains influences from change management and chaos theory . The word is made up of dynamic ( Dyna mics), complexity (Comple xi ty) and ability (a bility ) together. It describes a method for dealing with the design of change processes in organizations and their environment.

Dynaxity

It is basically about the ability to handle the Dynaxity . Dynaxity describes the coupling between the dynamics of processes and the complexity of the elements in relation to one another. Due to these diverse possibilities of dynamics and complexity, the existing means and tools no longer work. This is especially true when people interact in the context of functionally structured processes.
