EMASplus is a sophisticated sustainability management system that enables companies and organizations to take responsibility for their actions and take into account economic, ecological and social effects. Integral components of the EMASplus certification are a validated environmental management system according to the European EMAS regulation or the international standard DIN EN ISO 14001: 2010, as well as the core content of the guidelines for social responsibility (ISO 26000) of the International Organization for Standardization and EU CSR -Strategy 2011-14. The certification requirements are set out in the EMASplus sustainability management guidelines.
