EOTech
EOTech, Inc. is an American manufacturer of reflex sights , night vision devices, and other products for military , police, and home use. The Ann Arbor , Michigan company has been a subsidiary of L-3 Communications since 2005 .

- EOTech 517: like 557, but not night vision device compatible
The models 553 and 557 are not available in Germany due to an export ban by the US government . The manufacturer also offers accessories such as B. Magnifications (3 or 4 times) as well as mounting options for all common assault rifles and submachine guns that do not have a suitable assembly ex works.

The EOTech models have several advantages. The marksman can keep both eyes open when aiming so that spatial vision is not lost. According to the manufacturer, the EOTech models are designed for distances of up to 800 m because they have the smallest and most precise reticle of all reflex sights . In practice, however , riflescopes are much better suited for this.
