Ebner Stolz is one of the largest independent, medium-sized auditing and consulting companies in Germany.

The company, which emerged in 2009 from the merger of Ebner, Stolz & Partner (Stuttgart), Mönning & Partner (Hamburg) and BFJM Bachem Fervers Janßen Mehrhoff (Cologne), employs over 1,700 people at 14 locations in Germany. In 2019, the company achieved sales of around EUR 255 million. According to the 2019 Lünendonk list, Ebner Stolz ranks seventh among the auditing firms in Germany. Since October 1, 2013, the company has been on the market under the short name Ebner Stolz , the name of the partnership is Ebner Stolz Mönning Bachem Wirtschaftsprüfer Steuerberater Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft mbB .

Services

Ebner Stolz's range of services includes auditing as well as tax, legal and business advice. The law firm also looks after restructuring cases. Internationally, Ebner Stolz is part of Nexia International, a worldwide network of consulting and auditing companies with more than 720 locations in over 120 countries.

Clients

Ebner Stolz mainly looks after medium-sized industrial, trading and service companies in all sectors. In 2018 the press reported that Ebner Stolz advised the listed company Ströer Media on the takeover of D + S communication center management . In 2020 the press reported that Ebner Stolz had overlooked significant accounting errors during the audit of the annual financial statements at Bastei Lübbe .

Locations

The company has locations in Berlin, Bonn, Bremen, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hanover, Karlsruhe, Cologne, Leipzig, Munich, Reutlingen, Siegen and Stuttgart.

In January 2019, the company entered into a joint venture in China, thereby expanding its German-speaking service at the Shanghai and Beijing locations under the name Ebner Stolz Neumann Wu .
