Ecovis Germany (actually ECOVIS AG Steuerberatungsgesellschaft ) is a consulting company specializing in medium- sized companies . It offers tax advice , auditing , legal advice and business advice . In 2018, around 1,700 people worked at Ecovis Germany at over 100 locations.

history

The BayLa and Grieger Mallison groups entered into a strategic partnership in 2003 and founded Ecovis Germany. The beginnings of the BayLa Group go back to 1909, when the "Book Office of the Royal Academy for Agriculture and Weihenstephan Brewery" was founded.

In 2007 Ecovis Germany achieved an annual turnover of 99 million euros. For the years 2006 and 2007, the economist Rafael J. Weber classified Ecovis Germany as a “medium-sized” auditing company. Weber described those auditors who audited 25 to 65 annual financial statements as medium-sized . For 2015, Lünendonk & Hossenfelder calculated a turnover of 142 million euros for Ecovis Germany with 1,580 employees.

Ecovis International was founded in Zurich in 2008 to create a global network . In 2018, Ecovis International members had sales of USD 1,079 billion.

Clients

The target group are small and medium-sized companies , freelancers and private individuals. Ecovis Germany's industry expertise and specialist knowledge lie in agriculture and forestry, in the health industry (doctors, hospitals, medical care centers, pharmaceutical companies, pharmacies) and in family businesses.
