The Edificio Pablo Ferrando is a building in the Uruguayan capital, Montevideo .

The building, erected in 1917, is located in Ciudad Vieja at Calle Sarandi 675, where Calle Bacacay meets it. The architect of the Edificio Pablo Ferrando was Leopoldo J. Tosi . Originally conceived as a commercial building in which the optician Pablo Ferrando was initially represented with the country's first ophthalmological institute (Instituto Óptico Oculístico), it has since been used as an office and residential building after a renovation. Currently (as of 2008) there is no use of the building. In 1973 the Templete was rebuilt and dismantled . In 2005 and 2006 restoration work followed by the architects F. Collet and D. Neri and conversions by the architects E. De León, A.Álvarez and A. Berro . The 22-meter-high, six-storey Edificio Pablo Ferrando has a floor area of ​​342 m².
