Edictal citation

In the outdated legal language which is Ediktalzitation one by public took place tendering court summons a person ( citation ) whose whereabouts are unknown. The derived expressions “quote ediktaliter” or “das Ediktal” are also out of date. The term is derived from the Latin loan word edict .
