Edschmiazin Amsagir ( Armenian «Էջմիածին» ամսագիր , Ēǰmiatsin amsagir) is the official monthly magazine of the Catholic of all Armenians of Etchmiadzin (Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածին, Majr Ator Surb Edschmiazin) of the Armenian Apostolic Church . It has been published continuously since 1944 and is the continuation of the monthly Ararat , which has been published since 1868. The place of publication was Yerevan from 1944 to 1961 and since then the city of Etchmiadzin (Vagharshapat). The magazine publishes the reports of the Armenian Church and articles on theology and Armenian studies .

Since the 1940s, the magazine has reported recurrently on the Armenian genocide and featured the efforts of the national councils of the diaspora, particularly the United States and the centers of the Middle East, to achieve international recognition and condemnation of the Armenian genocide.
