Eduard Reventlow

Count Eduard Vilhelm Sofus Christian Reventlow (born November 28, 1883 - † July 26, 1963 ) was a Danish diplomat.

During the Second World War , Count Reventlow was envoy in London . On January 6, 1942, he was recalled by the Danish government after refusing to accept any further instructions from German-occupied Denmark a month earlier . Reventlow replied that it was "impossible for him to go to Copenhagen ".

In 1942 he visited the British-occupied Faroe Islands for talks with the provisional government there.
