Edwin Ernesto Ayala
Edwin Ernesto Ayala Urrutia , also Berne Ayalá (born July 21, 1966 in Ilopango , Province of San Salvador), is a Salvadoran lawyer and author.
Life
Since 1996 he has written novels, short stories and “testimonies”. He currently lives in Santa Ana . His works are about the addiction to power and memories.
His novel Las copas del castigo (previous name: Esta boca es mía ) was one of the finalists in the first Alfaguara novel competition, which was sponsored by the Spanish Embassy in El Salvador and the publishing house Santillana .
