Edwin Arnulfo Parra Bustamente (born July 8, 1984 in Sora ) is a Colombian racing cyclist .
Edwin Parra won a stage each in 2006 at the Vuelta al Valle, the Clásica Nacional Ciudad de Anapoima, the Vuelta a Juventud, the Vuelta a Antioquia and the Vuelta a Colombia . He also finished second in the national time trial championship in the U23 class. In 2007 and 2008 Parra drove for the Continental Team Colombia Es Pasion , and in 2009 for Boyacá es Para Vivirla . After eight years without a team, Parra got a contract with the Chinese Ningxia Sports Lottery – Livall Cycling Team in 2017 .
