Honor wreath in the Tyrolean coat of arms

Ehrenkränzlein is in heraldry a laurel wreath behind the head of red Tyrolean eagle in the arms referred. This heraldic figure has been known since the 16th century. Only in 1921 was the honorary wreath recognized by the constitution.

In descriptions of the coat of arms , the little wreath of honor occasionally turns into two laurel branches.
