Eickener Strasse 157 (Mönchengladbach)
The old house Eickener Road 157 is in the district Eicken in Mönchengladbach ( Nordrhein-Westfalen ).
The house was built in 1786. It was entered under No. E 009 on December 15, 1987 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .
architecture
Together with the neighboring house no. 163 - a former courtyard - house no. 157 forms the remnants of the original village development of the Eicken settlement center. The traufständige two-storey half-timbered house dates from the 18th century, allegedly 1786. The covered in hollow bricks gable roof is towed on the back down to the ground floor. The street side of the transversely opened house is symmetrically designed in seven compartments , the building is accessed from the middle.
