Integration assistance for mentally disabled children and young people
When integration assistance for mentally disabled children and young people is their own, outside the educational assistance related legal claim mentally disabled or psychological disability endangered children and young people within the youth services . Eligibility requirements and the form of assistance are set out in Section 35a of Book VIII of the Social Code ( KJHG ).
The fundamentally educational forms of help can be supplemented by psychotherapeutic help. Integration assistance in accordance with Section 35a of Book VIII of the Social Code can also be provided to supplement parenting assistance. An application must be sent to the youth welfare office .
