Point of single contact Brandenburg

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Point of Single Contact for the State of Brandenburg (EAPBbg) is based on the EU Services Directive . It is located at the Ministry of Economics and Energy of the State of Brandenburg and is available throughout Europe as a corporate service. The point of single contact for the state of Brandenburg makes it easier for domestic and foreign service providers from the European economic area to settle in Brandenburg.

As a “service provider for service providers”, the EAPBbg offers comprehensive information on the formalities and requirements for taking up and performing service activities and also the possibility of handling administrative procedures completely electronically via the online portal eap.brandenburg.de. Since January 18, 2016, this also applies to applications for the recognition of professional qualifications for professions regulated in Germany if these qualifications were acquired in other EU / EEA member states.

With the help of a questionnaire, applications can be filled out online and sent to the EAP team. It is also possible to create electronically signed documents. Regardless of distances and opening times, procedures for over 800 different service activities can currently be processed online. The portal also contains a great deal of additional information for service providers and recipients, such as a personal checklist, the contact details of the responsible authorities or information on consumer protection.
