Establishing the early childhood infrastructure
Under means of early childhood infrastructure are based on the future investment law finance worthy initiatives understood (ZuInvG), the funds can not be met from countries possession. The financial aid is granted in a neutral manner in accordance with Art. 104b of the Basic Law . The legislature does not provide for a definition of the term “early childhood infrastructure”; a generous interpretation of all measures relating to kindergartens and day-care centers is emerging.
