Consensual crime
A consensual crime is one in which all potential victims consent to the commission.
Consensual crimes are, for example:
- active euthanasia
- killing on demand
- In some countries, practices from the area of consensual BDSM (see Spanner Case ).
Consensual crimes should not be confused with victimless crimes .
