The polar bear group is a life-size animal sculpture in bronze at the water park of the zoo of the city of Nuremberg .

The group consists of a mother polar bear with her cub in a playful pose, which are pedestal on a flat plate made of light granite that is reminiscent of an ice floe. The group was created by the sculptor Josef Tabachnyk and has been installed in the zoo since 2007. The dimensions of the polar bear group are 120 × 240 × 90 cm.

Since November 2010 there is another bear sculpture by the same artist in the entrance area of ​​the zoo, also made of bronze. It shows a brown bear lying on its back playing with a snail.
