The Ekensholm Castle Castle is located in the town of Flen in Södermanland in Sweden .

Ekensholm was owned by Massenbach around 1600, then by Lillie von Ökna. Later it came into the possession of the Carpelan. In 1792 the Kurck and Friesendorff were the owners. The castle stands on the north bank of the Dunkern See. It was rebuilt in 1820 in the Italian style of classifying historicism under Count Knut Kurck . It has a flat roof and the front is provided with Ionic columns . The manor house is not far from the castle. There is a small private airfield to the north of the castle. The property is leased as a farm.

The author Laura Fittinghof lived here with her husband for a short time .

The castle is the residence of Count Archibald Douglas and his wife, Walburga Habsburg Douglas .
