Ekoi mask

The Ekoi are a West African people who are native to Nigeria and Cameroon . They are also called Ejagham .

There are a total of 150,000 ekoi in Cameroon and Nigeria.

They speak the Ejagham language , an ekoid language within the bantoid languages .
