El Paso Marathon
The El Paso Marathon has been an annual running event in El Paso, Texas since 2007 . It is an official Boston Qualifier and, in addition to the marathon, also includes a half marathon and a 5-kilometer run. It is run by the volunteer El Paso Marathon Foundation.

Since 2012 the marathon has started on Transmountain Road in the Franklin Mountains and ends on Union Plaza in downtown El Paso.
The difference in altitude between start and finish is approx. 483 meters. The half marathon and the 5-kilometer race start and end on Union Plaza.
