Wired electric knife

An electric knife is an electrical kitchen appliance used to cut up food. By using an electric knife, even slices can be cut with little effort.

function

An electric motor is integrated in the handle of the electric knife, which drives a toothed double blade. By moving the blade back and forth at a high frequency, you can cut soft, firm and frozen food.

variants

Electric knives are available as cordless models with a built-in battery and as a wired version. The battery-operated devices are usually equipped with a lithium-ion battery . Wired models often have a more compact design. There are other differences in the power consumption (usually between 100 and 180 watts) and the scope of delivery (charging station, wall bracket, interchangeable blades).
