Elemeno P are a New Zealand- based band playing guitar-borne rock. Their first album, Love and Disrespect , was released in New Zealand on July 4th, 2003 and immediately climbed to the top of the charts. Since then it has sold over 45,000 times. The second album, Trouble in Paradise was released on November 24, 2005 and contains the singles "11:57", "Burn", "One Left Standing", and "You Are". On April 27, 2006, the special edition of "Trouble in Paradise" was released. This contains 9 new songs, including the single: "SOS" At the moment Elemeno P are in the studio to work on their third album.

Side project

  • Two of the band members are also actors. Dave had a supporting role in the New Zealand horror film The Locals , while Justyn played the sober driver in a New Zealand campaign against drink-driving.
  • Lani also plays bass for the New Zealand punk girl band Foamy Ed .

Tours

Between 2002 and 2006 Elemeno P toured New Zealand, the USA and Japan. Their greatest success was certainly the Australia Tour, where they appeared in the opening act for the Veronicas . At the beginning of 2007 they played again in America at the infamous South by Southwest Festival and in mid-April their very first European concerts in Bristol, London, Edinburgh and Dublin.
