The emw energy. Market. Competition. (Spelling e | m | w) is an energy industry trade journal that is aimed at decision-makers from the upper and middle management of energy supply companies. The readership consists mainly of specialists and executives from energy suppliers and municipal utilities as well as from energy trading, service, industrial and IT companies. The focus is on companies from the municipal utility landscape as well as on service providers who work in the energy industry. With the supplement emw.trends, which appears in alternation with emw as a PDF magazine, readers from start-ups in the energy-related sector are also addressed.
Frequency of publication and circulation
The emw appears every two months as a print magazine with six issues per year. In addition, the magazine is offered as a PDF, as well as in an app and e-paper version. The circulation is around 3,000 copies. Between the individual print editions, the emw.trends supplement appears as a purely online magazine in PDF and e-paper format.
