Endeavor Global, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to nurturing emerging markets by promoting entrepreneurs with the greatest impact. The organization, based in New York City, aims to promote long-term global growth by carefully selecting and mentoring entrepreneurs, making them catalysts of growth.

"Endeavor" is an English word game and also means to make an effort / to make an effort or as a noun company .

The company was founded in 1997 by Linda Rottenberg and Peter Kellner and has branches in 15 countries and 20 international offices. She coordinates the help of entrepreneurs who use their experience to coach other entrepreneurs. The selected high-impact entrepreneurs (highly influential entrepreneurs) in developing countries benefit on the one hand from the advice and on the other hand from the access to capital that they gain at the same time. Endeavor's long-term goal is to create societies with robust cultural, financial, human, intellectual and social foundations.

The managing director is Edgar Bronfman , managing director of the Warner Music Group

In 2001, Time Magazine named Endeavor one of the Top 100 Innovators of the 21st Century.
