Energopetrol is a Bosnian mineral oil company with headquarters in Sarajevo . It was founded in the 1960s as part of Energoinvest . The state-owned company was originally acquired in 2006 by a Hungarian-Croatian consortium consisting of INA and MOL for a total of 220 million euros.
