The English Reports

The English Reports (abbreviation ER ) are a collection of legal cases from England and Wales from the years 1220 to 1866, published by the Incorporated Council of Law Reporting . Along with the All England Law Reports, they form the most important collection of English case laws ; In contrast to the latter, however, they are to be cited primarily in official documents and thus form the quasi-official collection of judgments in England and Wales.
