All England Law Reports

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The All England Law Reports (abbreviation All ER ) are a collection of legal cases from England and Wales , published since 1936 by LexisNexis Butterworths. In addition to the English Reports of the Incorporated Council of Law Reporting, they form the most important collection of English case laws ; In contrast to the latter, however, they should only be cited as secondary in official documents if the case is not recorded in the English Reports . Reprints of cases from the years 1558 to 1936 appear as The All England Law Reports Reprint .
