The Senshō byōsha senbotsusha izokutō engohō ( Japanese 戦 傷病 者 戦 没 者 遺 族 等 援 護法 , dt. "Assistance law for war invalids and survivors", also in short: 援 護法 , Engohō , "assistance law") is applicable Japanese law .

It regulates compensation payments in the form of pensions for soldiers and civilian employees of the military who fell ill, wounded or killed in the course of their service, as well as financial support for the survivors of those killed in action. The law is listed as ordinance number 127 of April 30, 1952. The law has four sections with 51 paragraphs.
