Enis Günay
Together with the Turkish filmmaker and visual artist Rasim Konyar, Enis Günay directed the German film Vatanyolu - Die Heimreise (1988) based on a jointly written script.
The comedy was shown at renowned international film festivals.
The film author had previously made travel documentaries for German television, such as Istanbul - Topkapi Serail (1986) for Hessischer Rundfunk . His 45-minute film about the Turkish part of Cyprus, Cyprus - The North , was released in 1991 as a video cassette as part of the DuMont series Travel Paths to Art . He also made a 45-minute documentary about the Dancing Dervishes (The Circling of the Worlds) for HR-Hessischer Rundfunk.
