Ensemble - Magazine for Chamber Music was a German-language music magazine and, according to its own statements, the only magazine in the world that was exclusively dedicated to chamber music .
The magazine has been published bimonthly by Staccato-Verlag since 2003 and was headed by the founder Carsten Dürer as editor-in-chief . It contained portraits and interviews with chamber music ensembles , reports from chamber music festivals and competitions, CD, book and sheet music reviews as well as company and instrument sections. The widespread circulation was given as 18,500. The magazine could also be subscribed to as an e-paper .
The magazine was discontinued in 2014.
