Epitaph for NN Rümelin.

The epitaph for NN Rümelin is one of 14 epitaphs of the Uffkirche in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt . The inner epitaph is dedicated to a person named Rümelin. The epitaph consists of a relief with a kneeling figure in prayer, which is framed by a strip of inscriptions.

The wall epitaph is attached to the left side of the north wall. A relief, which has been destroyed in the lower third, is flanked by 2 thin tree trunks that cross at the tips and form a canopy of leaves. A prayer figure, turned to the left, with curly hair and a long robe, kneels under the canopy of leaves. A winged angel hovers on a small cloud behind her shoulder. The relief is framed by a circumferential border with a memorial inscription that can only be seen in fragments.
