Heir (legal term)
Hereditary companion is a legal term that was used primarily in the Middle Ages and in the early modern period with different but related meanings.
"Hereditary comrade" means
- a hereditary person , for example a property or a right ( fellow court member , market member ).
- the owner of an inheritance , especially if that inheritance consisted of a piece of land .
- a co-heir .
- a hereditary lay judge or confederate .
