Inheritance contract
In an inheritance contract (in Germany in § 311b BGB ; there specifically regulated paragraph 5) the legal heirs make agreements on the subsequent estate without the participation of the testator .
In contrast, in an inheritance contract - similar to a will - the testator is involved.
