Eric So
Eric So is one of the co-founders of the urban vinyl art movement . Eric So, together with Michael Lau, was one of the first to create characters and in doing so, modify elements of the action figure in a very artistic, sometimes surreal way and exert a considerable influence on pop culture.
biography
Eric So worked as an art director in the advertising industry before embarking on an artistic career. After the first exhibitions, the first designer toy figures soon followed. At the Toycon fair in 1996 he became known through his collaboration with Michael Lau.
Well-known works are Masks02 , Tortoise & Hare , Nosferatu-Series or his Hellboy figure.
