Food policy

The food policy is a policy field developed which nutritional strategies and nutrition programs and realized. The tasks of food policy include all measures and processes involved in food production: extraction of raw food materials, monitoring and structuring of production, processing, distribution and consumption of food, and the promotion of healthy nutrition .

Nutrition policy is part of consumer policy and aims to achieve an economically efficient interaction of all individual parts of the food and nutrition chain .
