Erridupuzzir

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Erridupuzzir was a Gutäerkönig in the late 23rd century BC. And son of Enridapizzir . Unlike most of his descendants, the Sumerian King List does not name him . Archaeological finds, some of which have later inscriptions, show, however, that he led several campaigns against the Lullubians and other mountain peoples in the Zagros . Stylistic correspondences with inscriptions from Naram-Sîn suggest that they were roughly contemporaries.
