The First Law to Reform the Criminal Law was passed as part of the Great Criminal Law Reform in 1969. Part of the amendment came into force in the same year, the rest not until the following year. New to the law is the legalization of homosexual acts between men aged 21 and over (Section 175 of the Criminal Code, old version).
