Primary market for real asset investments
The term primary market denotes that part of the financial market on which real asset investments are subscribed. This form of capital investment was called a closed fund until the Capital Investment Code (KAGB) came into force on July 22, 2013 and is now referred to as a closed investment fund. The stock exchange-independent, entrepreneurial investments offer investors the opportunity to invest in tangible assets such as B. to invest in real estate, wind turbines or solar parks and to participate in their income.

The term primary market is primarily used to distinguish between the primary market and the secondary market for real asset investments . In contrast to the first market, the secondary market contains shares in funds for which the fund initiator has already completed distribution and the current shareholder would like to sell the investment before the end of the fund term.
