Clemens Rambichler

Clemens Rambichler (* 1988 in Bad Reichenhall ) is a German chef . He has been head chef of the three-star restaurant Sonnora in Dreis since 2017 .

Life

After completing his training at the Hotel Intercontinental Resort Berchtesgaden (now Kempinski Hotel Berchtesgaden ) in the 360 ​​° restaurant from 2006 to 2009, he switched to the Le Ciel restaurant in the same hotel (a Michelin star since 2007).

Since 2011 he has been cooking with Helmut Thieltges (three Michelin stars) in the Sonnora restaurant in Dreis . For several years he was the sous chef there .

In August 2017, after the sudden death of his boss, he became head chef at Sonnora . The third star was confirmed in November 2017.
