Beneficiary
A person entitled to purchase in the sense of German weapons law is the holder of a weapons possession card ( Section 10 of the Weapons Act ). In connection with the entry of the weapon in the weapon ownership card, authorization to acquire the corresponding ammunition can also be issued. According to the gun law, sales notices for legally obtainable guns in Germany must be provided with the addition " only to persons entitled to purchase ", the abbreviation EWB is usually used for this.
