The weekly newspaper Essener Woche was published between 1951 and 1975 by the Essen advertising association in cooperation with the tourist office and the city of Essen. It was a magazine for trade and industry, transport, art, fashion and sports.
history
As a forerunner of the Essener Woche, the publication Essener Notes was published in 1950 . The Essener Woche first appeared in 1951 and had its editorial office and office at Lazarettstrasse 15 in Essen. There it was also printed by the Ruhrländische Druckerei Joseph März KG. The distribution area was the city of Essen and the entire Rhine - Ruhr area . In 1975 the Essen Week appeared for the last time.
