Estaire

Estaire is an unincorporated community ( unincorporated community ) in the Canadian province of Ontario . It is located in the township of Burwash , about three miles south of the Greater Sudbury city ​​limits . In the Canadian census it is included in the Sudbury District Unorganized North Part .

Estaire was previously located directly on Highway 69 , which was expanded from 2005 to 2009 to a four-lane freeway . The former Highway 69 , which runs south from Sudbury, is now called Estaire Road - the junction for Estaire is in Nelson Road.

Estaire has a small resident population but is mainly a resort town made up of cottage houses. The nearby Lake Nepewassi is one of the most important recreational lakes in the region.
