Esther Obeng Dappah

Esther Obeng Dappah (in another spelling: Esther Openg-Dapaah ) is a politician and lawyer in Ghana . During the government reshuffle under President John Agyekum Kufuor in July 2007, Dapaah was proposed as Minister for Land, Forests and Mines and was elected as Dominic Fobih's successor on August 1, 2007 .

In the 2004 general election in Ghana, she became a Member of Parliament for the constituency of Abirim and Chairwoman of the Committee on Women and Children and a member of the Committee on Constitutional and Legal Affairs . She was also a member of the Pan-African Parliament .
