Eudaemonism

Eudaemonism (from ancient Greek εὐδαιμονία eudaimonía ) stands for:

  • a concept of ancient philosophy, the direction of ethics aimed at a balanced mind by following philosophical principles, see Eudaimonie
  • a movement or a group around the journal Eudämonia , published from 1795 to 1798 , which pursued a conservative, anti-Enlightenment program
