Eugene Eldracher

Eugen Karl Eldracher (born May 8, 1907 in Hirschhorn (Neckar) ; † probably died in 1942, declared dead in 1960) was a German athlete who was active as a sprinter in the late 1920s. He took part in the Student World Games in Paris in 1928 and in Darmstadt in 1930 and won four medals:

In 1929 he became German runner-up over 100 meters. On June 30th of the same year he achieved his personal best time of 10.4 seconds in Mannheim, thus equalizing the world record set in 1920 by the American Charles Paddock as the eighth runner .

He started for Eintracht Frankfurt . With the 4 x 100 meter relay of this club, he was German champion in 1928, 1931 and 1932.
