The Eustis Railroad is a former railway company in Maine ( United States ). It was founded on April 29, 1903, and by 1904 built a 15.4-mile (two-foot) gauge from Eustis Junction to Berlin Mills and a branch to Skunk Brook Camp .

The railway company was leased on April 5, 1904 by the Phillips and Rangeley Railroad , to whose route the Eustis Railroad connected in Eustis Junction. In 1905 the railway company went bankrupt together with Phillips & Rangeley, but initially remained profitable. With effect from August 24, 1911, the Sandy River and Rangeley Lakes Railroad bought the small railroad company it had leased since 1908. The line was shut down and dismantled in sections until 1932.
